Cutting Process Consideration in Dynamic Models of Machine Tool Spindle Units

چکیده
Reducing the deviation effect from specified machining conditions on quality of process in real time is desired result intelligent spindle control system. To implement such a system, dynamic interaction model technological system with cutting was developed. The transfer matrix method multibody used development model. physical closure condition for using transient implemented developed by introducing into this an additional elastic coupling contact between tool and machined workpiece. presented as “spindle unit–workpiece/tool–cutting process–tool/workpiece”. develop model, decomposition performed analytical description joint deformation subsystems use to calculate harmonic influence coefficients these subsystems. proposed approach native vibration frequencies workpiece fixed chuck supported tool. calculation results correspond experimental ones quite accurately represent their trends different conditions.
